Terms of Use
This is a translation. If it differs from the Portuguese version, the Portuguese version prevails.
These terms govern the use of Antecena, offered by RAG CI - Consultoria Inteligente Empresarial Ltda, CNPJ 12.436.934/0001-50, Av. Senador Vergueiro, 2123, andar 12, Centro, São Bernardo do Campo/SP, CEP 09750-001, Brasil (“RAG CI”, “we”). By installing the core, creating a key or subscribing to a plan, you (“User”) agree to them.
1. What Antecena is
Antecena is a plugin for AI assistants that helps podcast hosts prepare interviews: invite, consent-based guest form, a dossier with a source per claim, rundown, script, show memory and subtitles. It has two parts:
- Open core, free, published at github.com/RAG7782/podcast-guest-intel under the Apache-2.0 license, which governs it instead of these terms.
- Paid layer, features running on our server (MCP), unlocked by a license key while the subscription is active.
2. Reseller and payment (Paddle)
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the merchant of record for all our orders: Paddle sells you the subscription, charges you, issues the receipt, collects applicable taxes and handles payment and return inquiries. Purchases are also subject to the Paddle Buyer Terms.
3. Paid-layer license
- We grant the User a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access the server features of the subscribed plan while the subscription is active.
- The license key is personal and sent by email. Limits: Individual Solo, 1 device; Individual Duo, 2 devices; Enterprise, per seat. Individual plans are for one person.
- Sharing the key outside the plan allows us to suspend access after notice by email.
4. Price, renewal and cancellation
Prices on the pricing page on the purchase date apply. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period (monthly or yearly). You can cancel anytime; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period and the account returns to the free plan.
5. Withdrawal and refunds
You have 7 days from purchase to withdraw with a full refund (Brazilian Consumer Code, art. 49). A refund deactivates the key. Full rules in the Refund and Cancellation Policy.
6. Your content and your guests' data
Dossiers, rundowns, scripts and other outputs belong to the User. The server processes and returns them without storing the content. Form answers stay in the User's Google account and files on the User's computer or workspace. The User is the controller of their guests' data and is responsible for collecting their consent, which the product's form helps with.
7. You decide
Antecena recommends and warns; it does not decide. Editorial decisions and what goes on air are the User's. When the User goes against a warning, the product logs who decided, when and which warning was shown. This does not remove rights the law grants consumers.
8. Availability
The server has no service-level agreement (SLA) on Individual plans; Enterprise follows the commercial proposal. If the server does not respond, the free core keeps working in your assistant.
9. Prohibited uses
Prohibited: reverse engineering the server; reselling or sharing the key; using the product for harassment, stalking or doxxing; processing a guest's sensitive data that the guest did not declare; infringing third-party rights or the law.
10. Liability
We are liable for the service as provided by law. Nothing in these terms limits rights granted to you by consumer protection law.

12. Changes
We announce changes to these terms by email 30 days in advance. If you disagree, you can cancel without penalty before they take effect.
13. Governing law
Brazilian law applies. Venue: the consumer's domicile.
